Casa San Francisco is located on the ocean in South Akumal Bay with other luxury villas as neighbors. Restaurants and shopping are available just two miles away in Akumal. The snorkeling and swimming is fabulous and the tranquility is beyond compare.

The villa has four large beautiful bedrooms, five bathrooms, and also a guesthouse with another bedroom and full bath. There are high ceilings and ceiling fans throughout, as well as central air conditioning if you are so inclined.....not to mention the swimming pool for a cool relaxing dip!

The villa also has a beautiful living room, two stupendous domed brick ceilings, incredible hand painted Talaverra tile in all of the bathrooms, a charming dining room, fully equipped kitchen and an observatory on the roof to enjoy sunrise, sunset or gazing at the stars. There are many balconies, terraces, a fountain, flowers blooming and palm trees swaying…. all of which give it a truly Spanish “hacienda on the ocean” feeling.

Holiday reservations require a 7 night minimum.
High Season min 7 nights stay, Mid and Low seasons min 5 nights stay unless otherwise agreed.
