"Villa Ka Kuxta" (pronounced "Kah Kooshtah") "House of Rebirth" in Mayan, is located on a secluded bay with a gorgeous white sand beach. The bay is protected by a double barrier reef just 100 yards off shore which keeps the waters calm and clear for terrific snorkeling and swimming. There are spectacular coral formations and a huge variety of colorful fish. This bay is really something special for the person who wants a lot of privacy, safe swimming and incredible snorkeling.

There is an elegant entry into the villa with an inside entrance hall and private entry into the downstairs residence. There is an interior staircase to the roof which is a huge tiled deck with a wet bar for entertaining. It's also a fabulous observatory to look at the stars, sunset and sunrise - a 360 degree view of the ocean and jungle - stupendous!

The villa is spacious and has a huge living room, dining room and two large bedrooms, each with a private bath. There is also a guesthouse with it's own living room, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The villa is only three years old, in perfect condition and has 50 feet of beachfront outdoor terraces with columns and arches and all the modern conveniences: central air conditioning, television w/ VCR, completely equipped modern kitchen with gorgeous granite counters, incredible Canterra stone floors, beautiful hand made Mexican tile in the bathrooms, ceiling fans, etc.

Ka Kuxta has been beautifully decorated with wicker specially designed for the villa and original oil paintings. Maid service 6 days a week.

A $500 Usd refundable cash deposit is due upon arrival to cover any possible damage to the property during your stay.
