Tropical Evergreens on Soliman Bay, is a beautiful new rental home that was completed in late 2000. A beautiful bay with sand beach and shallow water which is a great snorkeling area.

This is a cozy beach house with a very open split-level first floor, and a stairway to a loft bedroom above. On the first floor there is a king-size bed and bathroom just a couple of steps higher than the main living area. In the main living area the dining table separates the living room from the full kitchen, and mahogany doors open from this living space to the beachside exterior patio. Palms provide some shade on the exterior patio making it a nice place to relax and enjoy the breeze. A short path leads to the surf line where a thatched umbrella makes shade for a hammock and beach chairs. For your entertainment, the house also has a stereo CD player, and a TV with VCR and selection of movies.

The guest house is separated from the ocean by the main house and has two separate living spaces. The first floor has a queen-size bed, bathroom with shower and kitchen. On the second floor are two single beds, another bathroom with shower and a covered terrace. Tropical Evergreens does have regular pole power. Just down the road is Oscar Y Lalo's restaurant for fabulous seafood on the beach.
