This beautiful beach villa Comfort rules the day with luxurious amenities fit for a king, on vacation. There is nothing pompous or too formal here. Just classic style and relaxed quality, livability, and the stuff tropical vacation dreams are made of. Now that the villa is finished we were invited to visit and take photos, and I must say, I think this villa is going to be perfect for high quality, style and amenities without any pretentiousness. If you are looking for a place to unwind in luxurious beach front comfort, Casa Buena Suerte is an excellent choice.

This gorgeous Hacienda has a spectacular beach front with plenty of space for tanning or relaxing in a hammock under the palapa. Adjacent to the beach is an outdoor living room, dining room & kitchen, perfect for day or nighttime entertaining. We can arrange a cook to prepare a delicious dinner. Just name your pleasure and we will make every effort to provide it for you. The swimming pool is the largest on Bahia Soliman with plenty of lounging space and it's own bath. Enjoy the beauty of the coral reef with one of our kayaks.

Bedrooms Inside you will find five luxuriously appointed suites each with its own bath and all with a king size bed. Some also have an additional bed. All of the bedrooms have at least one terrace and all have breathtaking views. Luxurious bedding and spa amenities await you as well as complimentary water and beverages in the second floor kitchen and conservatory. Casa Buena Suerte will accommodate up to 14 guests; We have five full baths and two half baths as well as 2 outdoor showers.

Living & entertaining spaces The main floor has an open plan with a large kitchen & dining bar, spacious 2-story living room with flat screen/satellite TV. There is a dining room overlooking a lovely fountain on one side, the Caribbean on the other. On the second floor, there is another kitchen and a charming conservatory with endless views of the mangroves on one side, and the Caribbean on the other. This is a great place for morning coffee or cocktails at sunset. Our rooftop is appointed with a lounging area for sunbathing or stargazing, complete with daybeds and a wetbar. Additional outdoor living space includes a circular lounge area with dining and kitchen facilities including a gas grill and refrigerator. We also feature a lovely beachside palapa, perfect for an afternoon massage overlooking the sea.
We invite our guests to enjoy a complimentary breakfast of fresh local fruits, pastries, yogurts, coffee and juices each morning.

Surrounding area Soliman bay is a large bay with numerous coral heads and an outer reef break to reduce the surf. Kayaking and snorkeling are excellent, however we do advise you to wear life jackets for your safety. Life jackets are available at the hacienda.
Just 15 minutes south of Soliman Bay are the powdery beaches of Tulum with an array of beach side restaurants and the spectacular Mayan ruins of Tulum facing the the sea. The pueblo of Tulum is a little farther south, with supermarkets, many restaurants, gift shops and regional stores. Just 15 minutes north of Soliman Bay is the resort town of Akumal with an excellent main beach and lagoon. Forty minutes north is the sea side town of Playa del Carmen, a hip tourist city with lots of nightlife and a ferry for day trips to Cozumel. There are eco-parks nearby where you can swim with the dolphins or explore the cenotes - the underground rivers of the Mayan Riviera. 

Meal Plans for 2010 
Plan A) Chef service in the villa for 3 dinners during 1 week stay $300. This includes chef service for up to 12 guests (+ up to 2 children under 2 yrs). Additional guests for plan A are $30 per guest
 
Plan B) Chef service for lunch and dinner 6 days/nights during 1 week stay $750.  This includes chef service for up to 12 guests (+ up to 2 children under 2 yrs). Additional guests for plan B are $100 per guest.

Cost of groceries for both plans is additional.  Our chef will be happy to shop for groceries for your meals and may be reimbursed directly at time of service.
