The “Main House” has 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms face the ocean side with 2 king size beds, 2 queen size beds and 1 queen sofa bed; 1 bedroom faces the garden side with 2 single beds), 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen including microwave oven and a large living and dining room with Direct TV with US channels and DVD with selection of movies.
The lovely “Pent-House” has 1 bedroom facing the tropical jungle side with 1 king size bed and 1 queen size sofa bed, 1 bathroom, a living room with 1 queen sofa bed and balcony face the Half Moon Bay’s panoramic view, with Direct TV with US channels and DVD and a kitchenette including microwave oven.
The “Study” faces the garden side and has 1 king size bed, 1 queen sofa bed, 1 bathroom, TV and DVD with movie library and a kitchenette including microwave oven. All bathrooms with pressurized and softening water system and hair dryer and each bedroom with AC.

Hammocks hang on the picturesque “Palapa” and invite the guests to relax to the sounds of the ocean, which is just steps away, enjoying the beautiful views of the bay.

NEW FOR 2010!  Do you want all of the wonderful outdoor amenities of a large luxury villa but you are vacationing with a small group?
Villa Kokobeach now offers rental of the Studio and/or Penthouse on their own, with exclusive use of the pool and all outdoor areas. 
Villa Kokobeach will not rent to more than one group at a time, so you will never have to share any of the outdoor areas with another group. 

Penthouse (one bedroom): Max 4 people including children (2 in bedroom, 2 in living-room). 2 terraces with ocean and jungle views, living room area with Sat TV/DVD, WiFi and kitchenette.  Exclusive use of all outdoor areas and pool. High season: usd$215.- per night. Mid season: USD/$175.- per night. Low season: USD/$150.- per night. All taxes and fees included.

Studio: Max 4 people, one large room with King bed and futons plus Sat TV/DVD, WiFi, and kitchenette. Accessed from the tropical gardens. No view. Exclusive use of all outdoor areas and pool.  High season: USD/$160.- per night. Mid season: usd$120.- per night. Low season: USD/$95.- per night. All taxes and fees included.

"Penthouse and/or Studio only" rates are good for all dates except holiday weeks (Christmas Week, New Year Week, Presidents Week, Easter Week, and Thanksgiving Week). High Season Min 5 nights, Mid and Low Seasons, Min 3 nights, unless otherwise agreed.
