Quinta del Mar is a large oceanfront home located on a spectacular site at the mouth of Yalku Lagoon on the Caribbean Sea in Akumal. Because of its unique design, every room captures panoramic views of the sea and the sky. A large seaside terrace for dining and sun bathing is also a great spot for night time stargazing. The furnishings are beautiful decor, attractive and tasteful, reflecting both the culture of the Maya and the ambiance of the tropics. Four air conditioned bedrooms sleep up to eleven guests comfortably in Quinta del Mar. The ocean side of the house has fantastic and unique view and a swimming pool that faces the sea.   A path leads to the water's edge of the Yal-ku lagoon where the snorkeling will take to a great contact with nature. On calm days your snorkeling can begin right here, On rougher days, entrance to Yal-ku Lagoon is right few steps from Quinta del Mar door. The house also has 4.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with all utensiles need it for a great meal.   
Quinta del Mar is near Que Onda and within easy walking distance to La Lunita and La Buena Vida restaurants. This is a great house, very private and convenient to all of Akumal. Daily housekeeping and gardening, along with towels and linens. Delicious meal preparation of Yucatecan and regional Mexican foods is available upon request.
