Casa del Mar is right on the Caribbean coast in Akumal, it's fully equipped for your pleasure and comfort. Casa del Mar has two levels over which are three bedrooms. The villa is located very close to Akumal Bay, Akumal's central commercial center. (A short 10 minute walk) The main level consists of a fully equipped kitchen, and open living and dining area. The dining area and living area both look out over ocean side patios. Casa del Mar is designed to highlight the view with full ocean views via two sets of sliding glass doors.  An air conditioned guest bedroom and large bathroom are also on the main level.

Casa Del Mar has a downstairs master king bedroom with a/c, bath and an independ door out to the swimming pool.  An extra large upstairs master suite with king bed and two baths, a/c, and a third bedroom for kits, with one double and one single bed, this room is small but comfortable with air conditioning.

In addition, it has laundry facilities as well as oceanfront and garden patios.  The villa is furnished with hand carved Mexican antiques and it features Italian tile, coquina and Ticul marble floors as well as bathrooms done with Mexican Talavera Tile.

There is a TV/DVD player, charcoal grill. Cook service provided upon request. The entire roof is a large observatory with a beautiful view of Akumal and the Caribbean Sea. There is also a telescope for stargazing.

A large pool on the garden side is perfect for sunbathing. Jump in and cool off after exploring the ruins.   Casa del Mar comfortably accommodates 7 people.

Maid service provided daily except for Sunday.
