Do not miss this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to enjoy unspoiled nature on horseback.
We offer three daily departures: 9:30 a.m., 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. from Monday to Saturday.
Our horses rest on Sundays.

Day tour includes:
*1.5 hour of horseback riding through lush jungle and on virgin beaches
*Gallop on the beach (included in price but optional)
*Small groups with a maximum of 8 participants
*Expert guides
*Helmets
*Beverage and snacks
*Wildlife observation (Can be spotted during tour: iguanas, exotic birds, birds of prey, butterflies, squirrels, porcupines, opossums, badgers, raccoons, wild pigs, snakes, crabs, turtles and more… )

Fun is the name of the game! We make sure our horseback riding tours are FUN for all of our riders regardless of their level of riding experience. Upon arrival you will fill up a short questionnaire that helps us identify your level of expertise. Each participant is assigned a horse that matches their ability level. The better the horse / rider match, the more enjoyable the riding will be. Riders get individual instructions when they get on their horse.

Safety is the best policy. Helmets are available, although optional. Each tour has a maximum of 8 riders accompanied by 2 or 3 tour guides. Due to the narrowness of our jungle paths, you will be riding in a single line thus increasing safety control for the guides.

FULL MOON TOUR

Unique to Rancho Baaxal is our Full Moon Adventure Tour, a truly extraordinary experience where you will ride through the moonlit jungle and beach.

Night tours take place during the full moon ONLY (usually the night before, night of and night after the full moon). Tour departs at 8:30 p.m.

Full moon includes:
*1.5 hour of horseback riding through lush jungle and on moonlit beach
*Approximately 30 minutes of bonfire on beach with drinks (cold beer, soda, water or juice) and baguettes
*Small groups with a maximum of 8 participants
*Expert guides
*Helmets
*Transportation included
