Cancellation Policy
Once you reserve a tour we require a deposit in order to confirm and guarantee your reservation. In order to maintain our commitment to all of our clients, we operate a strict cancellation policy.

Cancellation and changes:

All cancellations are subject to 10% charge of the total amount as a handling fee.
Cancellations carried out less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours previous to tour date will have an additional 50% charge of the total amount (in addition to the before-mentioned handling fee of 10%)
In case of no show, late arrival to pick-up or cancellation made less than 24 hours before tour date, the total amount is not refundable.
In case of no show, refund of total amount (minus the 10% handling fee) will be made ONLY with a medical certificate justifying the no show.
Change of date of the tour can be done up to 24 hours prior to tour date.
All cancellations or change of dates can be done directly in our office or by e’mail.
We reserves the right to change or cancel day and half-day expeditions schedules due to major force causes that are out of our control, always keeping in mind that the safety of our passengers is our main priority.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice

No refunds will be made if you voluntarily leave a trip for any reason after the trip has begun. Refunds will be at the agency discretion if you are involuntarily forced to leave a trip for any reason. No refunds will be made for any transport, sightseeing, meals or services not utilized.

Waivers:
Some of our adventure tours it is required to sign a liability waiver.

Advisory:
Some adventure tours and activities are not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, from back or neck pain, heart or respiratory distress. If in doubt, consult your physician prior to participation.
