This is a lovely spot, picturesque Soliman Bay, a real getaway from mainstream tourism and yet near all the adventure and conveniences you require to have an exciting and comfortable vacation. Soliman Bay and Villa Iguana are roughly 1 hour, 30 minutes from Cancun International airport in the southern portion of the Riviera Maya, Mexico's Caribbean vacationland.Inside Villa Iguana On the first floor is a full kitchen and dining room. The living room is nicely furnished with tropical bamboo couches, chairs and a coffee table, and it has satellite TV. Various quality furnishings complete the first floor decor. The floors in the house are either cut and polished native limestone tiles or Mexican ceramic tile. Multiple glass sliders give a nice view and access to the pool and beach. The pool has both sun and shady areas and a barbecue grill is nearby for cookouts and entertaining. The entire frontyard is beach sand and palms that go to the surf line.

Two shade palapas are on the beach side; one by the pool and one on the beach providing a cool spot to take in the view and enjoy the breeze. Out in the Caribbean there is reef snorkeling and good kayaking within sheltered Soliman Bay which has an outer reef break to limit surf.

Villa Iguana has three kayaks and three life jackets for snorkeling or kayaking.
Bedrooms Villa Iguana has air-conditioning in all four bedrooms including the "palapa topped" rooftop bedroom with panoramic sea view and fresh breezes. The first floor bedroom has a slider that opens to the pool and patio. Upstairs on the 2nd level are two more bedrooms with a panoramic view. All the bedrooms have private bathrooms and terraces to enjoy the breeze and view, all are on the ocean side of the house and all have a TV with DVD player. Each bedroom has a security safe as well.

Special features Villa Iguana has free satellite Internet connection and satellite TV. Full maid and gardening service is included in the price. Cook service is available by request.
