Accommodation: You can find 5 stars resorts, condos, villas and departments, in the whole Puerto Aventuras area. Maps Puerto Aventuras is located about 1 hour south of the Cancun International Airport. Weather The weather is good all year-round, particularly during the summer when temperatures can peak close to 40°C, while winters remain mild to warm. • Transportation There are many ways to get to Puerto Aventuras from the airport, you can take a taxi, a private transportation, rent a car or take the bus to Playa del Carmen and then take the colectivo (public vans transportation) to Puerto Aventuras. To move around Puerto Aventuras there are some options too: Vans: Vans are running up and down in the federal highway between Tulum and Playa del Carmen. The rate price to Playa del Carmen is about $25 pesos, the rate to Tulum is about $20 pesos. Vans run every 10 to 15 minutes between 5 AM to 10 PM in any direction Taxis: Taxis usually are parked on the hotels lobby and also inside the Puerto Aventuras Marina, fares can vary wildly, so it's a good idea to ask what the journey will cost before embarking. Car rental: You can rent a car from the Marina in Puerto Aventuras; there are different options so you can choose whet you need. Restaurant There are great varieties of restaurants, nice breakfasts, delicious lunch or a very gorgeous dinner at the Marina in Puerto Aventuras. |
