Casa del Sol Naciente, “The House of the Rising Sun”
in Spanish, is nestled in Jade Beach, only one hour south of Cancun
International Airport on the Riviera Maya. The most unique aspect
of this villa is that each of the five bedrooms feature gorgeous
views of the Mexican Caribbean Sea.
The unequalled entrance of this villa is a fossilized limestone
wall, which leads directly to the downstairs bedroom, the Pool
Side Room. Featuring a canopy king sized bed, a private entrance
stepping directly into the 55 foot long lap pool, ocean view,
private bathroom, air conditioning and television, this is a complete
suite.
The first of the four upstairs bedrooms is the Sunset Suite,
with a king sized canopy bed with ocean view, its private balcony,
and incredibly deep bathtub in the private bathroom. The Sunrise
Suite, which also boasts a king sized bed offers two balconies,
a security safe, and marble decorated private bathroom. To the
left of the spacious main hallway lies the Playa Suite, with king
sized bed, a second security safe, and the semicircular balcony
shared with the Sunrise Room. The Moonrise Bedroom is outfitted
with two double beds, and its own balcony with ocean view. The
Playa Suite and Moonrise Bedroom share a bathroom but for convenience,
the owners have installed stone sinks in both suites.
To the left of the limestone wall entrance is the enormous kitchen,
with twin sinks, modern appliances, and a walk-in pantry. The
black lava granite breakfast bar offers a beautiful view of the
Caribbean and features stools on both sides. The dining room is
furnished with a magnificent Balinese hardwood table, with seating
for twelve. Alternately there is a magnificent outdoor dining
table constructed from polished concrete and covered with a hand-crafted
palapa, and also comfortably seats twelve.
The living room couches are covered with luxurious black ultra
suede. Enjoy a movie on either DVD or satellite TV after a day
by the pool or at the beautiful large palapa at the beach in front
of the villa. The roof top is fitted with a palapa and double
day bed, offering a 360 degree panoramic view of the jungle and
ocean. |
