Villa Los Primos, “Villa of the Cousins”, is an extraordinarily
spacious oceanfront villa on the Riviera Maya located in South
Akumal, 68 miles south of Cancun International Airport. This villa
is rich in character and offers privacy and relaxation.
The villa is huge, with 6,000 square feet of living space plus
large terraces, balconies and decks. Villa Los Primos is beautifully
decorated with Mexican antiques and original oil paintings; all
rooms have a view of the Caribbean.
As you arrive to this villa, there is a gorgeous garden area
with a guest house and enclosed garage. The entrance hall has
a domed brick ceiling that is quite spectacular, and the kitchen,
living room and dining room areas are very large and spacious.
The pool is just outside your doorstep, followed by white sand
leading to the Caribbean blue ocean.
The villa has four bedrooms, all with air conditioning, all with
tropical outside views and beautiful interior decor. The master
bedroom upstairs has a king size bed surrounded by open areas
leading to the private oceanfront balcony, and large luxurious
bathroom. The guest bedroom upstairs has two queen size beds with
lots of space, private oceanfront balcony, and a large full bathroom
with alternate access from the hallway. This bathroom is shared
by the studio bedroom, which has two futons and doorways to the
hallway, as well as an oceanfront balcony. The fourth bedroom
is downstairs, also very spacious and has a gorgeous full bathroom.
The villa is full of sliding glass doors and windows, opening
the house up to cool sea breezes. There is a guest house available
with two twin beds, full bathroom, gorgeous gardens, kitchenette
& living area.
