The villa has a downstairs master king bedroom with a/c, bath, an extra large upstairs master suite with king bed and two baths, a/c, and a third bedroom for kits, with one double and one single bed, this room is small but comfortable with air conditioning.
In addition, it has a spacious living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities as well as oceanfront and garden patios. It also has a UV water filtration system. The villa is furnished with hand carved Mexican antiques and it features Italian tile, coquina and Ticul marble floors as well as bathrooms done with Mexican Talavera Tile.
There is a TV/VCR, videotapes, CD/tape player, charcoal grill. Cook service provided upon request. The entire roof is a large observatory with a beautiful view of Akumal and the Caribbean Sea. There is also a telescope for stargazing.
