Casa Azul Riviera, “Blue Riviera House” in Spanish,
formerly Casa Zorro, is a landmark villa in Akumal, 68 miles south
of Cancun International Airport. Casa Azul Riviera is situated
on Yal-Ku Lagoon, an enormous outdoor aquarium! You can jump right
into the lagoon from your back yard, which is a private beach
area. This private villa has over 6.400 square feet of living
space with enough beds to sleep up to 14 people – excellent
for large families or groups of friends.
Casa Azul Riviera has a huge living room / dining room area
with a cathedral ceiling and an adjoining fully equipped kitchen.
Maid service is provided six days per week and the caretakers
can prepare meals for you in the villa if you would like for a
small extra charge. There are two outdoor palapas - a large one
for entertaining, with a wet bar, tables and chairs, and another
on the lagoon with lounge chairs and hammocks.
Casa Azul Riviera has four air-conditioned bedrooms each with
their own private bathroom. The master bedroom is upstairs with
a king size bed, boasting gorgeous views over the lagoon. The
other 3 bedrooms are downstairs – one with 3 double beds
plus 2 singles in the loft, another with 4 single beds plus 2
singles in the loft, and the last with a king size bed. There
is also a tower on the third floor with a 360 degree view of the
lagoon, jungle and Caribbean ocean. The tower has a day bed for
napping or extra sleeping arrangements. The villa includes permanent
staff to cater to your every need, with staff quarters at the
entrance of the villa, and private parking.
